Thank you for supporting our annual Soirée Cedille! We are thrilled to share that we raised approximately $350,000 in support of Cedille’s mission to champion Chicago’s finest classical music artists.

The evening began with a captivating performance from Britton-René Collins on marimba. A few hours later during dinner, you, our generous Soirée donors, fully funded her debut Cedille album to be recorded and released in 2027 — thank you!

We were happy to present our Musical Partnership Award to The People’s Music School, accepted by their President and CEO, Miriam Goldberg Owens. We presented our Martin D. Ginsburg award to longtime Cedille supporter Eva Fishell Lichtenberg.

The program closed with selections from Haymarket Opera Company‘s Leonardo Vinci: Artaserse, featuring stunning performances from Key’Mon Murrah, Elijah McCormack, and Eric Ferring.

Whether you joined us in person, watched virtually, or simply donated, thank you for supporting the important work we all do together. It was a pleasure to celebrate with you!
