Cedille’s Grammy-nominated recording engineer Bill Maylone gave us an up-close look at one of his oldest, finest microphones: an RCA model dating from 1932! He used it to record superstar baritone Thomas Hampson at the Merit School of Music’s Gottlieb Hall for his upcoming album Songs from Chicago (available August 2018).
