Join us for Cedille’s first recording competition held in celebration of its 30th Anniversary. Six semifinalists will perform live for a panel of judges on November 20, 2021. The finals will be held on November 21, 2021 with up to four finalists competing. The winning performer or ensemble will make a recording produced and released on the Cedille Records label.

The semifinals and finals will be livestreamed on Cedille’s website. In-person attendance for the final round is free and open to the public. You are welcome to come and go as you please. RSVP is requested to guarantee your place.

Registered attendees are invited to a reception (at nearby Mercat a la planxa) to toast the winning performer following the conclusion of the competition.

Email Philip Courington (philip@cedillerecords.org) for more information.

Proof of vaccination will be required for in-person attendees. Plans and safety protocols are subject to change due to the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. Please check back closer to the event for updated info.
