Energized by all the exciting music-making we have planned for recording and release 2026, we invite you to consider playing an even closer role in Cedille’s work by helping bring an upcoming recording to life. Your generosity has long helped Cedille champion Chicago’s extraordinary classical musicians; we hope you might want to expand on that now by supporting a recording (or multiple recordings) that features artists and/or repertoire you especially love.

Each Cedille album represents a profound commitment to the artists and the music. From the first planning conversations to the final mastered release, Cedille assumes full responsibility for recording, production, promotion, and global distribution — always ensuring that musicians are supported thoughtfully throughout the process. Depending on the scope of the project, costs typically range from $50,000 to more than $100,000 for large-scale orchestral or vocal recordings, reflecting months of careful work by our artists, producers, engineers, and staff.

Support at any level makes a meaningful difference. Some donors choose to underwrite fully an entire album, while others contribute a portion of the costs. All gifts help ensure that these important artistic visions reach audiences around the world. We would be glad to share additional details about the recordings currently in development listed here, including budgets, repertoire, and the musicians involved.
